Judith Bell, M.S., is the founder and president of the Authentic Leadership Institute. She is regarded as one of the world’s leading experts on the FIRO theory. About her, Will Schutz said, “There is no one whom I trust more to take the theory, my life’s work, expand upon it and innovate from it.” She trains consultants internationally and applies the FIRO theory to all aspects of her work. From 1981 until 2004, she worked closely with Business Consultants Network, Inc., formerly Will Schutz Associates, where, as a senior associate and consultant, she contributed to the development of The Human Element® seminar.

Judith is a master facilitator, teacher, consultant and coach.
