After working with the FIRO® instruments for more than 25 years, Judith developed FIRO Theory Profiling, (FTP) a powerful assessment and development tool that uses three instruments: Elements B (Behavior), F (Feelings/Beliefs), and S (Self-concept). A FIRO Theory Profile benefits anyone interested in gaining an in-depth understanding of themselves, desirous of learning more about how they function under stress, and committed to developing more productive response patterns. FIRO Theory Profiling is done with individuals, teams, and attendees of Authentic Leadership 1, Become Your Authentic Self.
