Daniel Ellenberg, Ph.D

Daniel Ellenberg, Ph.D. is the president of Relationships That Work and vice-president of the Authentic Leadership Institute. As a change agent, he plays many different roles: executive coach, trainer, public speaker, group facilitator, author, consultant, counselor, and researcher. His primary interest is researching and teaching skills that allow people to thrive both professionally and personally-rather than simply survive.

Daniel has lectured at major conferences, businesses and universities and is known as an expert in the field of awareness and relationship skills. He is a published author who has delivered his powerful messages on radio and television. He has also done seminal research on psychological impacts of the traditional male sex role. Daniel's approach to training leaves his audiences with the information and tools they need to begin building powerful, trusting relationships-immediately!

For the past 28 years, he has been instrumental in helping people change their limiting beliefs about communication and create relationships with more meaning, understanding and creativity.

He achieves this by helping people resolve common misunderstandings and power struggles to create cohesive, well functioning teams. People then experience a sense of belongingness and trust that makes them want to contribute more. This process helps people feel greater self-esteem which positively influences all aspects of the organization-including the bottom line.
