Thrive! Team Coaching™ goes beyond the traditional notions of team coaching to one based on deeper self-awareness, greater openness, full accountability and empathic collaboration. We believe that self-awareness is essential for every member of the team and so we use the full spectrum of FIRO® based assessment tools. Equally important is the ability to handle oneself effectively while interacting in the multiplicity of environments and relationships required on a team. Anything that is deemed necessary to develop the personal and interpersonal skills required of a team member or develop the capacity of the team to work as a unit, falls in the realm of the Thrive coaching relationship.

The Thrive Team Coach collaborates with the team to design an action plan and strategies for implementation in the agreed upon target areas. The Thrive Team Coach provides resources that enable the team members to:
